黑色星期日

10點就要返學﹗8點半起身,但10點先出門口﹗

10點半返到,點知阿Sir 11點就放Lunch....

我岩岩先食完早餐﹗仲有同D新同學都唔熟﹗Helen又無返﹗

於是去左PP行街﹗

12:30 - 5:30 都上堂﹗

悶到死喇﹗

不過都好,Clear左﹗明多左自己要做咩﹗加油呀﹗

呢個Group既同學仔未必好夾﹗不過起碼大家都有心想做好個Project﹗

上次個Presentation阿Sir講到我地一無是處.....

不過我明點解佢要咁講﹗我明我真係明......

You have not defined your target customers

§               You are sales-oriented, not market-oriented.  You are trying to sell Alice Spring.  We expect students to tell us what is happening in the market place, demand forces. Identify and select the right target markets/clients, before we come up with the product/destination/attraction in your case.  You have jumped too fast.

§               You have nice description about Alice Spring, but are you sure this is what your customers want.  It is quite far away and long driving distance.  Elderly might not be able to take this type of adventurous tour.

§               There are a lot to get done to promote the destination, it is not sufficient to get people to know about this place

§               Discussion about control and evaluation is not sufficient.  You will have no idea whether your direction, strategies are right or wrong.

Thank you for your effort.  Through this exercise, I believe you have a better understanding about the marketing concepts that we covered.  I hope you also learn from your fellow colleagues.
