Pure Fitness試玩II ; 新英記晚餐

老公真係好有恆心,呢14日試玩,佢去左都6次,我只係4次,其實做運動真係好支力,特別對於我呢D 完全唔運動既人黎講﹗

試玩呢幾次都係去玩太空機半個鐘,之後就開始Hea~~

最後焗一焗桑拿,沖埋涼就走﹗

星期五見有個班就諗住玩下,點知原來係軍訓...........

呢個係個介紹,唔玩唔知咁辛苦,要舉住支管Hold 住,又舉又跳..............

真係好唔容易,一班45分鐘,我玩到一半真係已經透支,夾硬頂住,第一次做完運動係全身痛

完全無誇張,第2日,全身好似俾左打左鍋,仲要好"金" 果隻...........



玩完都隔左個半鐘先食野,真係好餓,去左又就快執既新英記,$138 食到咁多野真係好抵,最緊要係好味~~

而家真係好多老鋪因為挨唔住D 租而結業,真係好可惜呀~~
