下星期同事有個Party,我負責整返上次學過既芝士凍餅﹗
於是為左大家真係有得食起見,我尋晚響屋企試整左一次﹗
其實d材料真係好平﹗hahahaa~~~$50 都唔洗就整到一個cake抵呀~~
餅底:
餅碎:80 g
牛油: 40g
芝士餡料:
Cream cheese :250g
糖:60g
蛋:2隻
魚膠片:3片
其實真係好易整﹗不過有小小Tips可以整得更好......
1. 個底真係要壓實小小,唔係會好似我咁,散哂.....
個底係媽咪負責ga~~早知我係唔係咁叫佢整實d la~~
2. Cream cheese要打差唔多10分鐘﹗部機垂直咁打就唔會飛到周圍都係ga la~~
3. 打cheese期間要"括"下個盤d邊位,會mix得好d,滑d,唔會一粒粒~~我好似打得唔夠......
4. 落左蛋之後唔好打太耐,因為會有好多氣入左去,咁個cake就會有一個個洞ga la~~
5. 落左魚膠片搞2搞就ok~~
總括黎講我個cake都唔算成功,不過整多一次可以令我記得上次阿sir提過我地既野都ok呀~~
整緊既時候爸爸都勁八掛,又話點點點會好d~~haha......俾佢激死
用鍚紙真係好方便呀,雖然絛咁靚﹗不過個cake應該都合約掛~~
整俾同事果個加小小士多碑利裝飾下啦﹗
